Refund Policy

At Zynova Tech SMC PVT LTD, we are committed to providing professional website development and digital services that meet the expectations of our clients. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, we understand that there may be situations where a refund request is necessary. This Refund Policy is intended to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project before any development work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
If the project is canceled after work has already started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

Failure to Deliver
If Zynova Tech SMC PVT LTD is unable to deliver the agreed services or fails to achieve project milestones within the specified timeframe, the client may request a refund.
Any approved refund will be calculated according to the incomplete portion of the project.

Unsatisfactory Deliverables
If the client is dissatisfied with the completed work, they must notify Zynova Tech SMC PVT LTD in writing within 7 days of delivery.
We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the concerns. If a resolution cannot be achieved, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Technical Issues
If technical problems occur due to mistakes in our development process and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued for the affected part of the project.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the project has been initiated
  • Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, materials, or approvals on time
  • Services that have already been fully delivered and accepted by the client
  • Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client, such as hosting, domain registration, or premium plugins/themes

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:

  • Submit a written refund request via email explaining the reason in detail
  • Zynova Tech SMC PVT LTD will review the request and respond within 7 business days
  • If the refund request is approved, the payment will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method
